This e-learning training course is planned in the frame of the two Projects implemented by ICARDA in the Arabian Peninsula region named i) Improving agricultural production systems and conserving natural resources under climate change in the Arabian Peninsula and ii) Developing sustainable production systems for date palm in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. The purpose of the training is to enhance capacity development of the Arabian Peninsula government officials and researchers who are engaged in the socioeconomic component of these projects.

The course is designed to enable the participants from Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, andYemen to effectively contributing to the socio-economic activities implementation in the frame of the two outlined projects.
